Exquisite Fate

Conscious for the moment’s place
A priori time and space
Thinking life surprised as minutes
Time repeats concentric limits

Color bleeding clouds that cover
Saturated sponges hover
See if you can spy a face
Skylights fallout
Chartered grace

Sunlit canvass tones and hues
Frozen in a state of bloom
As far as we may contemplate
Earth revolves exquisite fate

Nothing Stays The Same

Notice kind smiles
Warm your heart
Be open in mindEaster Lily
Royal blush in the cards

Believing in Fate
Like it still had a chance
Entertaining Destiny
Determined in advance

I don’t know
Have I been here before?
Only coming around
To another closed door

Questions abound
Feelings change
The only thing real
Nothing stays the same

At midnight, I will publish the short story A Spring Break (onto its own blog page on the right, under the Pages link).  Read the next post if you care for a sneak peek.  Go ahead, see if you can predict what’s going to happen!
