Laughter
Laughter can be bubbly
Best served when I chill
Tingly like champagne froth
Sometimes producing goosebumps,
Shivers, and unforgettable thrills
I appreciate laughter most
When my pants I nearly wet
And almost fall apart
As if I could laugh to death
When the jokes on me
Looking silly indeed!
Blind-sided by humor
Not taking my life so seriously
In such awkward moments
I feel kind of free
Juvenile with glee
Don’t know anymore
What’s in store for me?
My friends keep discovering
New means to their pranking
Usually when I need a good laugh
Admit it makes life most interesting
But not half as amusing…
As the devious retaliation I’m currently scheming!
